Cooper County Board of Sheltered Services

History

CCBSS (SB 40 Board) was formed in 1982 with the passage of a 10 cent mil levy. Cooper County voters increased the mil levy to 20 cents in 1999. Those funds are used to provide services to persons with disabilities in Cooper County.

CCBSS began providing targeted case management in July of 2002. As of January 2005 we serve 115 Cooper County residents with disabilities.
